Jan Sandbrink ed90d57758 Add some documentation on MCP setup 
Explaining basic administrative setup, especially covering
authentication scenarios.

Some of the existing TODOs are still left, mostly waiting to make
sure that UI does not change any further before the release of 17.2.

Jan Sandbrink 23880736fa Add UI to change MCP configuration 
So far this configuration wasn't accessible for users at all.
This UI allows to disable all tools and resources separately,
as well as customizing their textual descriptions.

Jan Sandbrink c7b5c139e4 Rename group folders to team folders 
This change is mostly targeted at the UI. The app "Group folders"
has been renamed to "Team folders", even though the logical identifier
remained the same (`groupfolders`).

Yauheni Suhakou 4b92fa4bf5 [69748] Change from Manually access to automatic access results in 500 (#21389) 
* Improve error handling in access management flow. Adds handling for 403 Forbidden errors in SharePoint list creation, displays storage errors in the access management form, and ensures service errors are merged into storage errors for proper feedback. Also updates the English locale with a forbidden error message for better user guidance.
