fix(extensions): skip _test.go files and non-extension examples/ subdirs
- Filter out _test.go files in findExtensionsInDir, findExtensionsInRepo, and ScanForExtensions to prevent Yaegi from loading test files - Narrow examples/ traversal so only recognized extension directories (extensions/, ext/, *-ext/, *-extensions/) are scanned, not arbitrary subdirs like examples/sdk/ that import pkg/kit
