* chore(deps): bump axios, uuid and add security overrides
Bump axios 1.15.0 → 1.15.2 and uuid 13.0.0 → 14.0.0 in the catalog,
and add pnpm overrides pinning postcss >=8.5.10, follow-redirects
>=1.16.0, and routing axios/uuid through the catalog.
