OpenProject 4.2.7

OpenProject 4.2.7 contains a security fix, a bug fix and updated translations.

The security fix avoids redirecting to foreign host names for specific redirect URLs.

Additionally, a bug was fixed which caused cache settings to be overwritten (#21536).
