Diff was achieved by running
rubocop -A --only Style/FrozenStringLiteralComment,Layout/EmptyLineAfterMagicComment,Style/RedundantFreeze
for the module folders of the affected modules.
This change is part of the effort to slowly roll out frozen
string literals across the entire application.
