Resolves merge conflicts between mattermost notification provider (this PR)
and new canary features (resend, teams, SSO, patches, etc).

All notification providers are now included:
- slack, telegram, discord, email, gotify, ntfy
- mattermost (this PR)
- resend, pushover, custom, lark, teams (from canary)
